“Indonesia urges all parties to exercise maximum restraint, respect the ceasefire and uphold international law, including protection of civilian infrastructure,” the ministry said on social media on Wednesday.
It warned the attacks risk escalating tensions, undermining the ceasefire and disrupting global energy supply chains.
The ministry said further escalation could have consequences extending beyond the immediate region.
Indonesia reiterated its readiness to support de-escalation efforts and promote dialogue toward lasting peace and stability in the Middle East.
The ministry also advised Indonesians in the UAE to remain vigilant and follow guidance from local authorities and Indonesian missions.
“Indonesians in the UAE should remain calm, stay alert and follow official guidance,” it said.
The Fujairah Media Office said a major fire broke out at the Fujairah Oil Industry Zone after a drone strike on Monday.
Authorities said three Indian nationals were injured and taken to hospital.
Iran’s armed forces denied launching missile or drone attacks against the UAE in recent days, state media IRIB reported on Tuesday.
IRIB, citing a Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters spokesperson, said no such operations were conducted and any action would be officially announced.
The spokesperson also dismissed accusations by the UAE Defense Ministry as baseless.
