Jakarta (ANTARA News) - President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono on Monday will hold a national meeting in the form of the First Government Working Meeting of 2011.

Presidential Special Staff for Regional Development and Regional Automony Velix Wanggai said here Sunday that the meetings aimed at forming a vision, strategy, policy and development program sectorally, regionally and specially.

He said the President will give a directive to all his ministers, heads of non-ministerial government institutions, governors, heads of regional legislative assemblies, regents and mayors from throughout Indonesia, including heads of High State Institutions, heads of state companies, and national business players. They all will attend the national meeting.

The meeting`s participants would review last year`s achievements and challenges the government had undergone in its efforts to build the country`s economy and improve the people`s welfare.

With the 2010 State Budget of more than Rp1,000 trillion, the government has allocated a budget and regulation to strengthen the people`s economy, empowerment of the people, and poverty eradication, he said. (*)
