Jakarta (ANTARA News) - The UKP4 plans to submit its evaluation reports on ministries and institutions to President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono on Wednesday, its chairman, Kuntoro Mangkusubroto said.

"Tomorrow. (But) it will be fully to the President to decide (about it)," the chairman of the UKP4 (the Presidential Working Unit for Development Supervision and Control), said after attending a meeting on natural disaster handling at the office of the vice president here on Tuesday.

Kuntoro said the reports from all the ministries and state institutions had entered.
"Today the UKP4 is still processing the data as it would be submitted to the President tomorrow, hopefully. It is just a mere technical matter like binding and things like that. (After that) it will be the President that will decide, whether it will be discussed at a meeting or kept by himself for a further study," he said.

Kuntoro said some ministries and institutions still got red marks. "It is not yet finished totally. But today it will finish. But it seems one or two will get red marks," he said.
He said some of the ministries and institutions gave explanations regarding their failure to meet their targets.

He said his office would be objective in giving its assessment. "If it is good it will say good and vice versa," he said.

Kuntoro said that the targets were set by the ministries or institutions themselves.
