A number of presidents of other participant countries were also scheduled to speak at the forum. namely Mexican President Felipe Calderon, Finnish President Tarja Halonen and South African President Jacob G Zuma.
United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon is also scheduled to deliver opening remarks at the event that is to be moderated by The New York Times columnist Thomas L. Friedman.
Afterward. at 10.45 local time, President Yudhoyono will hold a meeting with world business leaders who will act as co-chairs at the East Asia WEF to be held in Indonesia on July 12-13, 2011.
An Informal meeting of global economic leaders themed "Toward A New Global Growth Model" was scheduled at 12.30 local time.
Shortly afterward President Yudhoyono planned to receive courtesy calls from former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, Prime Minister of Belgium Yves Leterme, and British Prime Minister David Cameron.
After attending a panelist meeting that will discuss world trade revitalization together with British Prime Minister David Cameron, Director of the WTO Pascal Lamy and German Chancellor Angela Markel, President Yudhoyono is scheduled to hold a bilateral meeting with President of Colombia Juan Manuel Santos.(*)
