Sangata, E Kalimantan (ANTARA News) - Four Indonesian students will take part in an international entrepreneurship contest to be held in Cordoba, Argentina, on May 9-12, a spokesman said.

"They will compete with hundreds of students from 12 countries in the contest on May 9-14, 2011," Head of the Advanced and Intermediate Education Section of the East Kutai District Education Office Wagiman said on Saturday.

The four Indonesian students were from Jakarta, East Java, Central Java and East Kalimantan provinces, he said.

"I myself will lead the delegation of the Indonesian students grouped in the Indonesian Junior Achievement (PJI) to the contest in the country of football legend Maradona. We will leave Indonesia for the Latin American country on May 7, 2011," he said.

"It is PJI President Director Utami and Operations Director Robert Kartinen who have appointed me to accompany the four Indonesian students during the 2011 international entrepreneurship contest in Argentine," he said.

The four students were elected to represent Indonesia in the contest after undergoing tight selection tests conducted by an independent team from PJI in February, he said.

In the contest the Indonesian students would present a scientific paper on entrepreneurship education and initiative to develop business know-how, he said.(*)
