Tunis (ANTARA News/Reuters) - A fire killed four Eritreans at a refugee camp in Tunisia near the Libyan border on Sunday, provoking a protest against poor conditions there, security sources said.

Thousands of people fleeing violence in Libya have gathered at the camp in Choucha, seven km (four miles) from the Tunisian-Libyan border.

Witnesses said the fire destroyed 21 tents.

The bodies of the four victims were taken to a hospital in Ben Guerdane, the town closest to the border. Following the fire, hundred of refugees demonstrated against their conditions. (*)
