KPK spokesman Johan Budi said here on Thursday judge S as well as curator PW have been named suspects in the case.
KPK investigators caught judge S after receiving a bribe from PW at his house in Sunter, North Jakarta, on Wednesday.
Judge S or Syariffudin was caught after receiving Rp250 million from PW a curator who handled the assets of PT SCI.
The KPK has confiscated the money put in three envelopes as well as a Mitsubishi Pajero car as evidence as well as cash money in various foreign currencies worth more than Rp2 billion.
Johan said the investigators had also confiscated Syariffudin`s cellphone.
Syariffudin, the one that had recently acquitted Bengkulu governor Agusrin M Najamudin from a corruption case, will be held in Cipinang penitentiary while PW will be held in the Jakarta Metropolitan Police Command`s detention cell during investigation.
Syariffudin was caught in his house in Sunter, North Jakarta, while PW in Pancoran, South Jakarta, after trying to escape from KPK.(*)
