The cash dividends will be distributed on July 15, 2011 to shareholders listed on July 1, 2011...Jakarta (ANTARA News) - State steel maker PT Krakatau Steel (KRAS) plans to allocate 98.91 percent of its last year`s net profit of Rp1.062 trillion as dividends this year.
Of the total, Rp956.493 billion would be distributed as share dividends to founder shareholders and Rp94.650 billion as cash dividends to shareholders listed on July 1, 2011, PT Krakatau Steel Tbk, Fazwar Bujang said following a general shareholders meeting on Monday.
"The cash dividends will be distributed on July 15, 2011 to shareholders listed on July 1, 2011," he said.
The cash dividends were an equivalent of Rp6 per share, he said.
He said Rp10.626 billion of the remaining profit would be used for partnership program, Rp500 million for compulsory reserve, Rp413.27 million for other reserves, and Rp21.25 billion for environmental management program.
