Five of the suspects are West Bank residents and one is from Jerusalem.
"Special police forces arrested overnight six additional individuals on suspicion of organising and taking part in the rampage in the Ephraim base," police spokeswoman Luba Samri told AFP.
Samri noted that one of the suspects was a minor. Police were questioning them, and they would be brought to a Jerusalem court later in the day for a remand hearing.
On Wednesday, police said they had arrested six individuals suspected of involvement in the attack, which took place overnight on December 12-13.
The suspects are only being investigated in connection with the attack on the base and not with the ongoing wave of so-called "price tag" hate crimes targeting Palestinians and Arabs.
The attack saw about 50 extremists forcing their way onto the base, setting fire to tyres and damaging vehicles with stones, paint and nails.
It enraged the Israeli leadership which vowed to clamp down on the perpetrators.
"Price-tag" vengeance attacks are usually carried out in response to state moves against illegal settlement outposts, but those behind them are almost never caught, let alone prosecuted.
