In a statement obtained by Xinhua, the ministry underlined the importance of a swift action by the international community to stop these attacks and to work to lift the "unjust" siege imposed on Gaza since several years ago.
It stressed that Gaza, "which is drowning in its blood since many days ago, is fully confident that Damascus would always support it although the Arabs are busy in conspiring against Syria. "
Meanwhile, the Palestinians` steadfastness in Gaza would reinforce that of the Syrian people to undermine the anti-Syria conspiracy, the statement said. (*)
