"We will discuss the plan to carry out the stock split at a shareholders general meeting (RUPS) on Friday next week," IMAS President Director Jusak Kertowidjojo told the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) here on Friday.
During the meeting, the company will also provide dividends for shareholders worth Rp118 per share.
The IMAS meeting will also discuss the annual report made by the board of directors on the financial performance and condition of the company during the 2011 period.
"The other agenda is the adoption of policies regarding the use of net profit for the same period," Jusak said.
The meeting will also reappoint members of the board of directors and board of commissioners and decide their remuneration.
In its financial report, IMAS booked a net profit of Rp970.89 billion, or an increase of 91.11 percent, compared with its previous year net profit of Rp508.02 billion.
The increase in profit was supported by the company`s income, which was recorded at Rp15.77 trillion, increasing by 44.29 percent, compared with its 2010 income of Rp10.93 trillion.
