Temanggung (ANTARA News) - Temanggung Police Chief Adjunct Senior Commissioner Susilo Wardono has confessed that the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) interrogated him in connection with a graft case involving the purchase of driving simulators for the Police Traffic Corps.

"It`s true that I was summoned by the KPK in Jakarta on Tuesday (August 4). I was interrogated in connection with the corruption case involving the procurement of driving simulators, because I was working with the Police Traffic Corps then," he said.

Susilo was Head of Traffic Accident Department before becoming Police Chief in Temanggung district.

On Tuesday, KPK also interrogated the Kebumen Police chief and the Community Education and Simulation Department head at Central Java Police Traffic Corps.

"There were several people who were questioned on that day. Three of them were from Central Java province, including me," Susilo stated.

However, he refused to go into details about KPK`s interrogation.

"I have no authority to reveal the content of the investigation. However, I will always be ready to cooperate in further investigation," he said.
