"As one of Indonesia`s main partner countries in Europe, President Yudhoyono and Prince Magnus will discuss regional issues, particularly relating to forestry and environment sectors," Faizasyah said.Jakarta (ANTARA News) - President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono has welcomed Norwegian Crown Prince Haakon Magnus by hosting a luncheon at Merdeka Palace, here on Monday.
The President was accompanied by First Lady Ani Yudhoyono, Foreign Affairs Minister Marty Natalegawa and State Secretary Sudi Silalahi.
"Accompanied by Princess Mette-Marit, along with a number of ministers and businessmen, Prince Magnus is on a state visit to Indonesia from November 25-29," Presidential Spokesman for Foreign Affairs Teuku Faizasyah said here.
"Prince Magnus is scheduled to attend a meeting with President Yudhoyono and the ASEAN secretary general to discuss a business forum, entitled `Indonesia-Norway: Strategic Partnership in Business', which will be set up by Innovation Norway," he explained.
"President Yudhoyono and Prince Magnus will discuss ways to increase cooperation in many important fields, such as environment, energy, trade and investment." Faizasyah stated.

Faizasyah said Prince Magnus, along with his delegates, would soon visit Yogyakarta to meet with Yogyakarta Governor Sultan Hamengkubuwono X. The two leaders are expected to deliver a public lecture, entitled "Nurturing Tolerance and the Need for Dialogue", in Gadjah Mada University. (*)
