... means that (North Korea) has began preparations for a long-range missile launch... "Seoul, South Korea (ANTARA News) - North Korea has installed a one-stage rocket at the Dongchang-ri launch site in the county's northwestern tip, a government source said Monday.
The move follows Pyongyang's Saturday announcement on its decision to launch a rocket carrying a "working satellite" between Dec 10 and 22.
"The installment means that (North Korea) has began preparations for a long-range missile launch," said the government source.
China had delivered statement that they very concerned about North Korea's plan to launch second generation Unha-3 rocket. (*)
