Lucman became a law fugitive after he was found guilty by the Attorney General Office of embezzling Rp108 billion on 9 August, 2012, Attorney General Office spokesman Setia Untung Arimuladi said here on Thursday.
The name of Lucman , a businessman based in Makassar, South Sulawesi, was put in the Makassar high prosecution office`s list of wanted men, Arimuladi said .
The Attorney General Office gave a three-year jail term for Lucman as demanded by Makassar High Prosecution office.
For the time being Lucman was held at attorney general`s jailhouse in Salemba, Jakarta. (*)
