DONGYING, China, Sept. 2, 2014 (ANTARA/PRNewswire) -- In recent years, Kerui Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kerui") has made great achievements in development of truck-mounted equipment and products. The successful launch of large truck-mounted drilling parts signs Kerui has been able to supply truck-mounted drilling rigs fully by itself. Its truck-mounted products will be developed by large scale and in series. Meanwhile, its development of workover rigs has changed from the mode of passive assembly to active manufacturing. In addition, Kerui has possessed its own core techniques.
In order to meet the actual demands of markets and customers, Kerui decided to design and develop the transmission parts of truck-mounted workover rigs independently. Kerui aims to ensure the overall structural design for all of its products takes the leading position among like products in China while ensuring their performance. The self-development period of its large truck-mounted parts is one year. The R&D range covers many transmission system parts, such as winches, transfer cases, right angle gearboxes, rotary table transmission boxes, sloping chain boxes, etc.; the products include various models of workover rigs, like XJ350, XJ450, XJ550, XJ650, XJ750, XJ1000, etc., which can meet the requirements for drilling and workover operation at each stage of depth.
Kerui strives to provide optimal design while ensuring good performance. For example, its JC750 winch's main drum brake system, by using a double-lever mechanism, increases the brake system's torque ratio, enables the winch brake to be more energy-efficient and convenient, and achieves better performance in terms of safety comparing to the winch brake using a single-lever mechanism. Moreover, its XJ1000 rotary table transmission system is composed of an upper angle gearbox, a universal shaft and a lower angle gearbox, different with the original structure that makes use of a sloping chain box. Comparing to the original structure, its installation and maintenance are more convenient.
