Christoper was able to lock the opening game of the first set with his services before Aditya took the next game.
The two players tightly competed in point collection to a 4-4 draw before Aditya won the next two games 4-6.
In the second set Aditya was pressured. Being the fourth seeded player in the tournament he had made a lot of unforced errors to make him lose to a 0-3 score.
Aditya who is ranked third nationally was able to win the next game but Christoper would not give Aditya a chance to develop his play and closed the set 6-3 on his favor.
Christoper continued pressuring Aditya making him unable to develop his performance to finally end the third set 6-3 for his favor.
The match continued to a rubber set which Christoper, who is ranked first player, was able to win 6-2 as Aditya continued making unforced errors.
"I appreciated him (Aditya). He played well and made me to lose in the first set. However I could perform confidently to finally win the match," he said.
Christoper received a trophy, a prize of cash money worth US$5,000 and a Ertiga Suzuki car while Aditya received US$3,500 in prize.
