Surabaya (ANTARA News) - Former state-owned enterprises minister Dahlan Iskan was grilled on Monday by the East Java High Prosecution investigators over alleged involvement in a corruption case.

Head of the East Java High Prosecution Office Maruli Hutagalung said Dahlan was asked with 38 questions over alleged corruption in PT Panca Wira Usaha (PWU) of which he was earlier president director.

"There were 38 questions , but his status is still a witness . Tomorrow there are more questions to be answered by Dahlan," Maruli said.

He said Dahlan Iskan , who was also president director of the state electricity company (PLN) before he was named minister in the government of President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, was investigated over the divestment of assets of PWU in a number of areas in East Java.

"We also is investigating Wisnu Wardhana (WW), who has been named a suspect in the same case," he said.(*)
