"Thank God, I have been bestowed an award by LAN for being a regional government with a strong commitment to managing innovation in state administration," he said in a statement, Tuesday.
North Kalimantan is the only region to be awarded by LAN during an event to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the agency in Jakarta on Monday.
The governor expressed hope that the award would inspire every personnel of North Kalimantan to strengthen commitment in managing innovation in state administration.
Innovation is crucial for the regional government in running the administration, he emphasized.(*)
