The human capital and finance executive manager of the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Indah Suryandari, said on Wednesday that the live music event is a part of the customer happiness program that is being promoted by the PT Angkasa Pura II management.
"Customer happiness is a program that aims to provide pleasant experiences for service users while at the airport," Suryandari affirmed.
She said the live music will feature local musicians who will perform various genres ranging from the top 40, oldies, classic rock to Keroncong. Passengers can also request songs or sing during the show.
"We want an emotional attachment to service users and airport managers," she said.
Along with the live music performances, the airport will also have a special Christmas display of ornaments, snow houses, snow dolls, and pine trees.
"We are presenting live music for the purpose of entertaining the passengers, especially during the Christmas and New Year holidays," she added.
