Palu, C Sulawesi (ANTARA News) - A 23 year-old male employee dies of a helicopter crashed owned by PT Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park (IMIP) in Fatufia Village, Bahodopi, Morowali District, Central Sulawesi on Friday.

Aris Heni Irawan, an employee at stoker division from Lalampu Village, Bugis Masamba, was killed on his way to work when suddenly a helicopter fell in front of Pos 2 in the IMIP`s nickle mining area at 9:20 AM local time.

According to local police, the ill fated helicopter took off from PT IMIP`s helipad at around 9:15 AM to Kendari, capital city of Southeast Sulawesi, but at 9:17 AM it turned over to helipad`s direction before falling at 9:20 AM.

Adi Topan, the on duty security officer`s commander at Pos 2 with some members soon came to rescue the helicopter`s pilot, co-pilot, and six passengers, then took them to IMIP`s clinic for medical treatment. All crews and passengers were reportedly survived.

At 9:25 AM, the pilot named Rudi and co-pilot Deliati Hasiolan were carried by ambulance car to Morowali regional Hospital to get further treatment, they were reported had internal injuries and fractures. One of passenger was also reported sent to the hospital.

Some officer from Bahodopi Police then came to the accident site at 9:45 AM and put up police line. Up until now, the police are still investigating the cause of the accident.

Below list of the helicopter`s six passengers, who allegedly are foreign passport holders :

1. Xi Lai Wang (56 year-old)
2. Yan Yun (32)
3. Di Yi Fei (28)
4. Guan Kejang (age unidentified)
5. Zhao Yipu (age unidentified)
6. Du Gui (age unidentified)
