Jakarta (ANTARA News) - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) will hand over swag from several corruption cases and money laundering crimes (TPPU) it has ever handled to the Attorney General`s Office.

"The Asset Tracking, Management of Evidence and Execution Unit (Labuksi) at KPK will hand over spoils from several corruption cases and TPPU it has ever handled. The handover will be conducted through the mechanism of determining the status of the use of this looted goods (PSP) at the Attorney General`s office, here, on Tuesday (July 24) at 10.00 am," KPK spokesman Febri Diansyah said at the KPK building here on Monday.

Febri explained the swag handed over to the Attorney General`s Office through the mechanism of PSP is worth about Rp3.5 billion consisting of one unit of Toyota Fortuner 2.5 GAT in 2013 worth Rp274.564.000 from the case with suspect, Djoko Susilo.

The others are one unit of Toyota Kijang Innova V XW43 Year 2007 worth Rp94,934,000 from the case with suspect Djoko Susilo, one unit of Isuzu Year 1996 worth Rp28.380.000 from the case with suspect Djoko Susilo and one unit Hyundai H1 2.4 Year 2010 worth Rp100.595.000 from case with Fuad Amin suspect

Furthermore, there is also one unit of house located at Jalan Pancoran Indah 3 Number 8 in South Jakarta with land/building area 140 m2/172 m2 worth Rp3,033,706,000 from the case with suspect Akil Mochtar.

"The first three units of Fortuner, Innova, and Isuzu vehicles will be granted as operational vehicles for the Magetan Public Prosecutor`s Office, one unit of Hyundai H1 will be granted as operational vehicle to the Bangkalan Public Prosecutor`s Office," Febri said.

In addition, Febri also said that one house unit will be donated as the official house of Deputy Chief of Jakarta High Prosecutor`s Office.

"The submission will be done with the signing of the Handover Report, the submission of placards, keys, and documents directly from the Chairman of the KPK to the Attorney General," Febri said.

The handover of PSP is done based on Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 16 / KM.6 / WKN.03 / 2018 dated January 9, 2018, Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 17 / KM.6 / WKN.07 / KNL.03 / 2018 dated January 9, 2018, and Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 12 / KM.6 / 2018 dated January 18, 2018.

"The PSP is one of the mechanisms used by the KPK to maximize the utilization of booty for the benefit of K / L / O / P and other government agencies in need of supporting the implementation of duties and KPK also auction on the spoils as another mechanism for the return of state finance`s losses, "he said.
