Jakarta (ANTARA News) - A total of 16 runners qualified for the men`s 200-meters semifinals after undergoing the qualifying round at the Bung Karno Main Stadium in Senayan, Jakarta, on Tuesday morning.

Of the 16 runners, Indonesian athlete Bayu Kertanegara also qualified for the semifinal, which is scheduled to take place on Tuesday night.
The following are the 16 runners who qualified for the semi finals:

1. M. Obaid Hindi Al Sadi (20.74 seconds, Oman)
2. Taegon Park (20.77 seconds, South Korea)
3. Tosin Ogunode (20.78 seconds, Qatar)
4. Kim Kukyoung (20.78 seconds, South Korea)
5. Ge Bie (20.81 seconds, China)
6. Yaqoob (20.86 seconds, Bahrain)
7. Chunhan Yang (20.95 seconds, Chinese Taipei)
8. Shota Iizuka (21.08 seconds, Japan)
9. Trenten Anthony Beram (21.14 seconds, Philippines)
10. Hassan Taftian (21.25 seconds, Iran)
11. Taisheng Wei (21.25 seconds, Chinese Taipei)
12. Vladislav Grigoryev (21.28 seconds, Kazakhstan)
13. Yuki Koike (21.30 seconds, Japan)
14. Ahmed Esam Mohammed Al Karbooli (21.31 seconds, Iraq)
15. Noureddine Hadid (21.33 seconds, Lebanon)
16. Bayu Kertanegara (21.34 seconds, Indonesia).
