Jakarta (ANTARA News) - Candidate for Vice-President of Republic of Indonesia number 02, Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno, during his remarks at the Unpas graduation ceremony at the Sasana Budaya Ganesha Building, Jalan Tamansari, Bandung, on Wednesday, invited graduates of the University of Pasundan (Unpas) to create jobs.

"Today, there can be 3.5 thousand graduates who will be the pioneers of the formation of a new vision and a new mindset. They are not only job seekers but also creators of employment," Uno stated in a written statement in Jakarta on Wednesday.

He promised that if elected as the country`s leader in the upcoming 2019 Presidential Election, the government would facilitate college graduates in terms of job creation.

"They will become entrepreneurs who will be facilitated by programs that provide additional training and assistance and they will also be able to become innovators," he remarked.

Uno also appreciated Unpas for promoting the entrepreneurial sector in education.

There are so many sectors that can be developed and many Unpas emphasize entrepreneurship. This is what we think can be a locomotive to build our economy in the future, "they remarked.

In addition, Uno also told the story of his life`s struggle when he had experienced Termination of Employment (PHK).

"About 20 years ago, I was laid off, but I tried to remain strong. The future in your hands (new graduates)," the vice presidential candidate who was supported by the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS), the National Mandate Party (PAN), Gerindra, and Berkarya, revealed.

If you continue to be positive and optimistic about the spirit, you can become part of the solution, namely opening a business, because it will be the largest market reaching 110 to 120 million consumption markets in 2030.

Uno explained that in the future, he wants to hook and cooperate with entrepreneurs who are innovative and willing to take risks.

"It is also those who can proactively develop our market. Entrepreneurs who are still patterned think that this is our country and this is just a market. But we must be able to make them competitive and bring a collaborative mindset," he pointed out.
