"This means that ministers whose duties are directly related to the basic issues of HR development should not be left to the politicians," Alaidin said when contacted by ANTARA in Jakarta on Sunday.
This professor of the Faculty of Sharia and Law of UIN Suska hopes that in determining the current ministerial seat President Joko Widodo really takes lessons from the previous period.
He said that the cabinet members, who are generally recruited from politicians who in fact are full of group of political interests, causes many cases of violations of law and a sense of justice.
In addition to the ministers of education and religion, the minister of women and children empowerment must also be free from any interests and practical politics.
"They must be completely free from practical political affairs, especially for the interests of the party," said Alaidin, who is also one of the Chairmen of the Executive Board of the Tarbiyah Islamiyah Union.
According to the doctor of Islamic politics, if those ministries are still assumed by people who belong to political parties, such a measure will have an impact on the quality of Indonesia's human resources in the future.
"Our nation will face increasingly severe human resources problems in the future," he said.
Meanwhile, in order not to become a 'political debt' in this prospective ministerial exchange, Alaidin suggested that the president settle political debts to the party and party people before being appointed.
"Give understanding to the party and party people that the interests of the nation and state must be put above all other interests, including party interests," Alaidin said.
"We are not the same as communist countries where the party overcomes the country," he said.
