Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) issued a summons to four witnesses over investigation into a bribery case linked to crude oil trade and refinery products at Pertamina Energy Services (PES) Pte Ltd on Monday.

The four will face questioning as witnesses in the case against the PES Pte Ltd managing director, identified by his initials as BI, named a suspect in the case.

"Today, (the KPK) is scheduled to question four witnesses in a bribery case related to crude oil trade and refinery products at Pertamina Energy Services (PES) Pte. Ltd.," KPK spokesman Febri Diansyah stated.

The four witnesses are Manager of Project Management Office-Shared Service Center of PT Pertamina (Persero), formerly manager controller of Pertamina Energy Services Pte. Ltd. Dody Setiawan, former Light Distillate-Operation Officer of Pertamina Energy Services Pte. Ltd., and sales (freelance) of PT Asia Multi Perdana Indrio Purnomo.

The others are Claim Officer of Pertamina Energy Services Pte. Ltd. Mardyansyah and former manager of Market Analysis of Risk Management & Governance ISC PT Pertamina (Persero), and Chief Staff of the Directorate Marketing and Commerce PT Pertamina (Persero) Khairul Rahmat Tanjung.

The anti-graft body named BI a suspect in the bribery case on Tuesday (Oct 9).

Moreover, BI had earlier held the post of president director of Pertamina Energy Trading Ltd. (Petral) before 2015.

The KPK questioned BI as a suspect in the bribery case on Tuesday (Nov 5) over the flow of funds in the bribery case.
