Jakarta (ANTARA) - The realization of government investment as of April, 2021 stood at Rp19.56 trillion, or 10.45 percent of the investment budget of Rp187.18 trillion, Finance Minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati said.

The allocation of government investment comprised investment financing of Rp184.46 trillion and loan expenses of Rp2.71 trillion, she disclosed at an online press conference on the state budget in Jakarta on Tuesday.

The allocation of government investment covered loans for the national economic recovery (PEN) program, which have reached 100 percent of the 2021 budget allocation of Rp10 trillion.

The government investment allocation to the Public Service Board (BLU) of the State Assets Management Institute (LIMAN) to finance the procurement of land for national strategic programs reached Rp5.56 trillion, or 50 percent of the budget allocation, the minister said.

Government investment in the public service institute of the center for housing financing management reached 24.06 percent of the budget allocation, she added.

She said government investment financing had contributed to the national economic recovery as the government had done to LIMAN.

From 2016 up to May, 2021, LIMAN procured 116,758 plots of land covering an area of 180,989,858 square meters for the national strategic programs, she said.

In 2021, LIMAN paid Rp10.19 trillion for the procurement of land, including Rp8.14 trillion for building toll roads and Rp1.05 trillion for building dams.
