The business players include micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), village-owned enterprises (BUMDes), and joint village-owned enterprises (BUMDesma).
"Digitalization training for MSMEs, BUMDes, and BUMDesma are allowed to use village funds," the minister said at the launch of the 'Proud of Made in Indonesia Products' (Gernas BBI) campaign in East Kalimantan, themed 'GO BORNEO', which was accessed online here on Wednesday.
According to Iskandar, the use of village funds for digitalization training would enhance the human resources available with MSMEs, BUMDes, and BUMDesma players for marketing the products they produce.
The use of village funds for digitalization training is also in accordance with the President's directives for achieving national economic growth and improving the quality of human resources, he added.

"Hopefully, MSME players will continue to be enthusiastic so that they can accelerate the revival of the national economy," Iskandar said.
MSMEs, BUMDes, and BUMDesma across Indonesia have shown good resilience in facing economic crises since 1998, he noted.
Through digitalization, it is hoped that the marketing of Indonesian products would be more effective so that they can survive in the midst of the pandemic and achieve maximum sales in the future, Iskandar said.
During Wednesday's launch, he also expressed the hope that MSME, BUMDes, BUMDesma players, and all Indonesian people would get involved in the Gernas BBI to achieve the expected results.
He also said that the pandemic should not be a barrier for Indonesian people to be creative.
In the midst of limitations due to the pandemic, the Indonesian people must continue to innovate and transform to explore their potential to create various opportunities, he remarked.
