During its 21-year journey, BAZNAS has played a strategic role in the sector of sharia social fund management, as part of the collaborative endeavors to increase the community's prosperity
Jakarta (ANTARA) - Vice President Ma'ruf Amin expects the National Alms Agency (BAZNAS) to remain trustworthy in conducting its duties and functions to manage the community's sharia social funds.

"I am upbeat that BAZNAS would continue to be trusted in conducting its tasks and functions. I also expect BAZNAS to create and implement the program of alms funds management that is based on the integrated and standardized national data," Amin stated during a video conference on the occasion of BAZNAS having completed 21 years since its initiation here on Monday.

Moreover, the vice president urged all management staff of BAZNAS to administer alms funds competently, right from planning to reporting by utilizing digital technology.

By making the most of the advancements in digital technology, BAZNAS' message can reach out to more people, and the service for alms donators and recipients can become more effective, efficient, and on target, he emphasized.
