We also conduct vaccination programs at night," Head of the Central Java State Intelligence Agency, Brigadier General Sondi Siswanto, noted in a written statement here on Saturday.
He affirmed that the COVID-19 vaccination program was hosted in four cities of Salatiga, Magelang, Semarang, and Pekalongan as well as 21 districts, comprising Batang, Pemalang, Banjarnegara, Pekalongan, Brebes, Banyumas, Kendal, Semarang, Demak, Kudus, Pati, Rembang, Blora, Grobogan, Kebumen, Purbalingga, Temanggung, Boyolali, Rembang, Wonogiri, Karanganyar, and Sukoharjo.

Siswanto noted that 13,500 people across 25 cities and districts were primarily targeted under this vaccination program.
He also emphasized the importance of booster vaccination during Ramadan as a means to reduce and prevent the spread of COVID-19, especially for families.

"Hence, we along with the health offices of each district or city will continue to focus on administering COVID-19 vaccinations to the community, both primary and booster doses," he remarked.
He also reminded people to remain cautious of hoaxes that circulated on social media.
"We urge the public to not believe (in random data) easily and verify every information (they) obtained. Make sure it comes from a trusted source, so that the truth can be accounted for," he emphasized.
