Everyone must uphold the spirit of eradicating non-procedural placement, which has a highly negative impact on the nation's reputation, specifically from the perspective of human rights of both future and current Indonesian migrant workers, he noted.

On the business side of the matter, Indonesian migrant workers placement companies (P3MI) are also being pushed to carry out their business morally and in accordance with the existing regulations.

The suspect, identified as DP, was handed over on March 16, 2022, for allegedly placing Indonesian migrant workers through the non-procedural method.
