While Hasan replaced Muhammad Lutfi as the Minister of Trade, Tjahjanto replaced Sofyan Djalil as the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning and head of the National Land Agency.
Regarding the position of the Minister of Trade and the Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning, who are under the coordination of his ministry, Hartarto said he already knew the new ministers.
"Of course, the coordination will be good," he added.

In the current economic climate, good political solidity is needed, he said.
This is so that future challenges can be handled better.
According to Hartarto, such political solidity has been built and maintained by President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) so far.
The President inaugurated the ministers during a ceremony here on Wednesday. Presidential Decision No. 64P of 2022 on the inauguration of state ministers of the Onward Indonesia Cabinet for the 2019–2024 period enacted on Wednesday (June 15, 2022) served as the legal basis for their inauguration.

Hasan is the chairperson of the National Mandate Party (PAN) and served as the speaker of the People's Consultative Assembly from 2014 to 2019.
Meanwhile, Tjahjanto was the commander of the Indonesian National Defense Forces (TNI) for the 2017–2021 period.
After the Presidential decision on their inauguration was read out by an official, the two ministers took their oath in front of the President, assisted by religious clergy.
The inauguration ceremony concluded with the national anthem, Indonesia Raya. Widodo and other officials then congratulated Hasan and Tjahjanto.
