"We strive to design a joint training between TNI's three branches in cooperation with the Institute for Security Governance," he remarked through a YouTube channel on Tuesday.
Institute for Security Governance is an independent institution that has experience in working with the Indo Pacific Command (Indopacom) to design development program for various soldiers.
"This training aims to provide more experience to TNI soldiers in executing the military operation," he remarked.
The meeting with delegations from the Institute for Security Governance is a follow-up from the earlier meeting with Commander of United States Indopacom Admiral Aquilino.

The cooperation between the Indonesian Armed Forces and the Institute for Security Governance will be conducted continuously in various human resource development programs within TNI's environment.
During the meeting, Perkasa invited the Institute for Security Governance and related parties to immediately focus on long-term development.
He also directly contacted the TNI Doctrine, Education and Training Development Command (Kodiklat) Commander to conduct a meeting with the Institute for Security Governance delegations to prepare the joint training concept in further detail.

Meanwhile, Institute for Security Governance delegation member Rear Admiral Michael Smith noted that the independent institution works in the defense sector and has relations with Indopacom.
Earlier, the United States Air Force and TNI Air Force held the Cope West 22 joint training in Malang, East Java, on June 17-24.
Cope West 22 is a bilateral training on tactical airlift routinely held since 1989.
