"In this export ecosystem, aggregators and export MSMEs are brought together, backed up by export financing agencies, such as the National Export Financing Agency (LPEI) and BNI Xpora, including business meetings between aggregators and SMEs," Masduki noted in his statement here on Thursday.
The minister remarked that the second measure pertained to the development of the capacity and capability of MSME exports, coupled with assistance and facilitation of standardization.

"Likewise with export certification for MSME products, such as Organic, HACCP, BRC, ISO, to the establishment of Joint Production Houses," he explained.
The third effort is to facilitate buyer mapping and market intelligence for products made from natural ingredients to the European market.
The fourth step is collaboration for market expansion with the Indonesian diaspora that are the aggregator, including the Norwegian market; cooperation with the Chamber of Trade and Industry in the form of the Indonesia Trading House in Switzerland; to collaboration between the ministry, Religious Affairs Ministry, Trade Ministry, and Chamber of Trade and Industry to meet the needs of hajj and umrah pilgrims.
The fifth measure is market expansion through e-commerce platforms, such as Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon.
The sixth step is a digital promotion catalog for potential export SMEs through https://smesta.kemenkopukm.go.id site .

"Since a lot of MSMEs and not all MSMEs have enough human resource capacity to export products, the Cooperative and Small and Medium Enterprises Ministry stresses on the development of aggregators. MSMEs that are successful in exporting products are encouraged to become aggregators to help other SMEs export goods," the minister remarked.
The government aims to increase the contribution of national MSME exports to around 17 percent in 2024, he noted.
To meet the targets, collaboration and synergy with stakeholders were necessary akin to what is currently being done by BNI Xpora and Customs to encourage the contribution of MSME exports in Indonesia.
"I expect that the 2022 Xpora International Logistics & Trade Expo can become a model implemented in other regions and motivate MSMEs to conduct exports," he stated.
