Secondly, if people seek to utilize state assets, they can know where to go and what to do
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The State Assets Management Institute (LMAN) unveiled the Asset for Indonesia (AESIA) platform to encourage the utilization of state-owned assets.

"AESIA is unveiled to make the people aware of state-owned assets," President Director of LMAN Basuki Purwadi stated during the AESIA unveiling event streamed online on Friday.

"Secondly, if people seek to utilize state assets, they can know where to go and what to do," he noted.

In the platform that can be downloaded from Android Play Store, state assets managed by LMAN, the Finance Ministry, as well as other ministries and institutions are displayed.

The AESIA platform was unveiled at the same time as LMAN's seventh anniversary that is expected to maintain good management, prioritize integrity, and conduct its duty in a professional, transparent, and accountable manner.

Moreover, Head of LMAN's Property Utilization I Yanuar Utomo explained that the AESIA platform will also be utilized to market LMAN's advisory and arranger service to attract investment and partners' interest in managing state-owned assets.

AESIA was developed from 2019 and currently has an array of features, including geotagging, which allows platform users to look for the nearest state-owned assets in the form of residence.

LMAN also prepares a reservation feature for people keen to meet LMAN's marketing agent to apply for management of state assets.

In 2023, LMAN has also prepared for the AESIA platform development that is expected to be used by people from all corners of Indonesia, with 24 hours on standby chatbot and personalization feature.

There are categories that adjust to the people's interest toward state-owned assets that they need, including the AESIA Stay label for housing and apartment, AESIA Bisnis for shophouse, building, and guest house assets and AESIA Warehouse.

AESIA will also be directed to increase visitor traffic that will increase views, thereby positively impacting transactions with partners.

"Collaboration with government ministries and institutions, SOEs (State-Owned Enterprises), and BUMD (Region-Owned Enterprises) will also be undertaken, so that partners can upload the latest data and receive automatic status related to their assets," he stated.
