The service will be available until February 2023.
"The COVID-19 vaccination locations on the weekends in Jakarta will be (open) until February 2023, (the services have been made available) for (holders of) all ID cards throughout Indonesia," head of surveillance, epidemiology, and immunization at the Jakarta Health Office, Ngabila Salama, informed here on Thursday.
The Pfizer, Zifivax, and Indovac COVID-19 vaccines are being provided for doses 1,2,3, and 4.

The fourth dose or the second booster is currently being prioritized for health workers and senior citizens above 60 years old. Meanwhile, residents over the age of 18 years and above can get the third dose or the first booster shot.
The 70 vaccination locations are spread at the level of sub-district and local health centers, hospitals, apartments, and child-friendly integrated public spaces (RPTRAs).
Vaccination sites will also operate at clinics and shopping centers, as well as at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah Park (TMII) from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. local time on Saturday (December 31, 2022).
The schedules of the vaccination locations, which are spread across six Jakarta administrative regions, can be accessed using the link on the Jakarta Health Office's Instagram handle @dinkesdki.

There are also vaccination centers that are operating from Monday to Friday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at 44 sub-district health centers in Jakarta.
The Jakarta Health Office has urged residents to complete their vaccination to prevent the severe impacts of COVID-19 infection in view of the spread of the Omicron sub-variant BF.7, which has been reported in China and other countries.
Currently, only 58 percent of Jakarta's elderly have received the third dose of the vaccination, and only 20 percent of them have received the fourth dose, it said.
Based on the Health Ministry's data, at least 761,279 elderly people in Jakarta are being targeted for COVID-19 vaccination.
