"There are 25 players selected from here (the U-15 national championship), consisting of 13 girls and 12 boys. They will be invited to Jakarta to participate in the national selection camp," the Deputy Head of the U-15 National Basketball Championship Committee, Ratana Arya Krishnan, said here on Sunday.
The 13 female players are Maxine Maria Sutisna, Ratu Sabrina Poedjakesuma, and Aurelia Azzahra from Jakarta; Calista Gabrielle Purwadi and Felicitas Mikayla Purwadi from Banten; as well as Frea Callandra Baktiar, Yualita Rency Novia, and Rena Luhur from Central Java.
In addition, Sonia Heidi Cahyono from East Java; Putu Kezia Angelie Setiawan, Ni Kadek Winda Sandia, and Komang Mariani Sari from Bali; as well as Anggun Anayla Zahra from South Sumatra are also invited to join the national selection camp.
Meanwhile, Timothy Marvel Christiano, Kenneth Leebron Huang, Hosea Yedija Setiawan, and Sultan Athasyena Fadawkas from Jakarta; Efrael Yerusyalom Enrichia from Banten; as well as Gerrard Matthew Boentara and Yogie Putra Darmawan from East Java are among the invited male players.

Furthermore, the other invited male athletes comprise Gusti Ngurah Putu Krisnanjaya, I Ketut Gede Bayu Prayoga, and Revan Surya Winata from Bali; Riovaldo Renjiro Leonardy from Bangka Belitung; as well as Matthew Owen Lee from North Sumatra.
Krishnan continued the selection stage was carried out by a professional team, according to several indicators set by Perbasi, including the players' statistics.

Krishnan expected the national championship would continue to facilitate young players to excel and shows their capability.
He hoped the championship could be a medium for regional governments and basketball enthusiasts to encourage more people to love the sport.
