"Healthy lifestyle, what does it mean? It also includes our activities, it is not just limited to our intake (food), but also healthy behaviors. It will really cut down our expenses," the minister said here on Tuesday.
A healthy lifestyle involves exercise, which is a beneficial activity, she highlighted.
"We have to make it a habit to adopt a healthy lifestyle, to watch our food (intake), and do (positive) activities, so we can benefit more. Because the expenses we put into becoming healthy is a lot," the minister added.
Rismaharini urged people to take care of their health since it would be an asset in old age.
"We won't be young forever. When we get older, our body is impacted. So, maintain (good habits) by doing positive activities," she said.
Meanwhile, Head of the BPKP Muhammad Yusuf Ateh said that the agency hosted the table tennis tournament to kindle the interest of personnel from ministries and institutions in sports.
"This is to encourage being sportive and (promote) unity, and establish and maintain relations so that we can always collaborate at work," he added.
According to Ateh, the anniversary served as a reminder for the agency to improve and maintain financial accountability as well as support Indonesia’s development.
Some ministries and agencies participated in the tournament hosted by BPKP, including the Indonesian Audit Board (BPK), Social Affairs Ministry, Cabinet Secretariat, National Institute of Public Administration, Geospatial Information Agency, Statistics Indonesia, Maritime Security Agency, National Board for the Placement and Protection of Migrant Workers, and National Narcotics Agency.
