Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) issued an early warning for thunderstorms and strong winds that might occur in South and East Jakarta on Wednesday.

Based on a written statement on its official site, the agency stated that bad weather will occur from Wednesday afternoon to evening.

South and East Jakarta would experience cloudy weather in the morning and then turn into light-intensity rains in the afternoon and the evening.

The weather change will also occur in West and Central Jakarta, whereas North Jakarta and Kepulauan Seribu District will be cloudy from Wednesday morning to evening.

The BMKG stated that temperatures in South and East Jakarta range between 24 and 30 degrees Celsius, with humidity level between 75 and 100 percent.

Predicted temperatures in West, North, and Central Jakarta range between 25 and 29 degrees Celsius, with humidity level in the 80-100 percent range.

Meanwhile, the temperature in Kepulauan Seribu ranges between 27 and 29 degrees Celsius, with humidity level between 85 and 90 percent.
