Jakarta (ANTARA) - Minister of Communication and Informatics (Menkominfo), Budi Arie Setiadi, has urged Indonesians to access credible sources provided by the government, particularly Pemiludamaipedia, to obtain complete information regarding the 2024 elections.

"Pemiludamaipedia is a credible source platform for all information about the 2024 Election," Setiadi said in an official statement released on Tuesday.

He added that the Pemiludamaipedia is an effort by the government to fulfill the people's right to obtain quality information about the upcoming elections.

This is to allow them to get the right information before making their choice, while also getting to learn about the general history of elections in Indonesia.

Setiadi further said he believes that the government's steps are in keeping with its intention to conduct the elections with integrity, security, honesty, and fairness.

Currently, the Indonesian people are considered to have political maturity so the 2024 election is expected to run according to the Peaceful Election (Pemilu Damai) campaign promoted by the Ministry of Communication and Information.

"We believe this election should be an election with integrity, which can give a sense of security, a sense of justice," he said.

The Pemiludamaipedia e-book presents important information about the elections in Indonesia.

It also covers Indonesian election history, 2024 election implementation, correct voting procedures, parties and candidates, fixed voters, election schedule and stages, election campaigns, ballots, and other election details.

The ministry is continuing to update the Pemiludamaipedia, which is a live document, so the information contained in it is in accordance with the developing dynamics in the community.

In addition to being a source of information, Pemiludamaipedia also offers a chatbot service "Let's Choose," which allows the community to interact directly.

The e-book can be accessed through the link https://s.id/pemiludamaipedia.
