Jakarta (ANTARA) - National Development Planning Minister Suharso Monoarfa on Friday said that the 2025 Government Work Plan (RKP) comprises eight quick-win programs proposed by the next government.

"I would like to inform that the 2025 RKP is combined with the quick-win programs introduced by the President-elect and VP-elect," Monoarfa informed at a press conference on the 2025 State Budget Bill (RAPBN) here on Friday.

He disclosed that the next government's free nutritious lunch program will cover 15.42 million school students in 514 districts/cities across the country.

The free lunch program, with a budget of Rp71 trillion, is the first quick-win program in the 2025 RAPBN.

The second program is related to increasing the productivity of agricultural land, and village, regional, and national food storage.

Monoarfa said that the second program includes planting index intervention on 50 thousand to 80 thousand hectares of agricultural land and the development of 250 thousand hectares of farmlands in several provinces.

The provinces comprise South Papua, South Sumatra, Central Kalimantan, North Kalimantan, East Nusa Tenggara, West Nusa Tenggara, and Lampung.

The third program covers free health checkups. President-elect Prabowo Subianto and VP-elect Gibran Rakabuming Raka have expressed their commitment to reducing tuberculosis incidence to 272 cases per 100 thousand population.

In addition, the next government plans to build hospitals with complete facilities in regions.

Meanwhile, the fourth program involves school construction and improvement, including building top high schools in IKN Nusantara, North Sulawesi, and North Maluku, and renovating 90 thousand classrooms.

The fifth program involves continuing and increasing social welfare and economic empowerment programs to eliminate absolute poverty next year.

The sixth is related to the development of village infrastructure and the provision of low-cost houses for those in need, especially young people and low-income people.

The seventh pertains to gradually increasing the salaries of civil servants (ASN), especially teachers, lecturers, health workers, extension workers, the military, and the police.

The eighth quick-win program is to optimize state revenue.
