"Integration with the President-elect's program will continue with the 2025 Government Work Plan (RKP). As a guideline in development, the document preparation needs to comply with the regulations," he informed at the 2024 National Development Planning Conference here on Monday.
Monoarfa said that his side, together with all development stakeholders, has remained disciplined in preparing the document draft.
The preliminary draft of the 2025 RKP covers important agendas included in the final draft of the National Long-Term Development Plan (RPJPN) for 2025–2045, he added.
It is also relevant to the 2025–2029 technocratic draft of the National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN), including several agendas of the President-elect's program.
He explained that RKP covers the basic principles and harmonization between the central and regional government programs, productive result orientation, and accuracy of targets and budget allocation strategies.
Meanwhile, RPJPN 2025–2045 will be implemented to achieve the vision of Golden Indonesia 2045.
He stressed that the RPJPN can only be successful if it is supported by the RPJMN, Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD), and RKP.
To maintain the coherence of development programs, Monoarfa said, it is necessary to build harmony between the central and regional governments, especially in macro development indicators, programs, and activity plans.
"Bappenas is currently preparing development planning documents, both long-term, medium, and yearly, to be used as references for national development, " he disclosed.
To ensure development sustainability, the 2025 Government Work Plan carries the theme of "Accelerating Inclusive and Sustainable Economic Growth," as directed by President Joko Widodo.
