Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, the executive chairperson of Prabowo's Great Indonesia Movement (Gerindra) Party, stated that the "orientation" is attended by almost all candidates for the top officials. However, he did not divulge details on the number of attendees.
"As far as I know, almost all candidates for (the posts of) ministers and agency heads, as well as deputy ministers, attend the agenda to hear the briefing from Mr Prabowo," Ahmad stated at the Parliament Complex here on Wednesday.
He also confirmed the presence of other figures who did not meet the president-elect at his South Jakarta residence on Monday and Tuesday (October 14-15) for the two-day briefing.
On Monday (October 14), some 49 figures nominated as ministerial candidates were invited to meet President-elect Prabowo Subianto at his residence. The figures comprised politicians, academics, and incumbent ministers.

Ahmad stated on Monday that the deputy ministers invited to Kertanegara are professional figures. Political parties have also proposed the names of several professionals, he added.
Meanwhile, on Tuesday, Prabowo summoned 59 figures nominated as deputy ministers or heads of government agencies.
Figures from more diverse backgrounds who heeded the president-elect's summon on Tuesday included celebrity Raffi Ahmad, retired badminton athlete Taufik Hidayat, singer and member of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) Advisory Board Giring Ganesha, and musician Yovie Widianto.
