President Prabowo Subianto conveyed a similar message to all cabinet members.
“President Prabowo allows us to carry out our duties independently. All ranks are challenged to make meaningful changes,” Hafid stated on Saturday.
She emphasized the need for these changes to meet the government’s targets set by the president.
To achieve these goals, she proposed forming a "super team" within her ministry.
“This super team will consist of people who support each other and form a solid, cohesive unit. The work must be done effectively to meet our targets,” she highlighted.
Hafid called on all Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs members to foster this "super team" mindset across all departments.
She believes that strong teams across directorates and directorates-general will drive effective collaboration and ensure success in all operational areas.
“To accelerate target achievement, we need people with the same spirit and shared understanding,” she noted.
Hafid outlined two priorities for her first 100 days: creating a safe digital space and expanding internet access to the outermost, foremost, and disadvantaged (3T) areas.
“These are key concerns that I have focused on since my time in Commission I of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI),” she explained.
In addition, she said digital security would be a central focus.
