"The opportunities for health sector workers abroad are very large because many of these countries are experiencing an aging population," she said.
She made the remarks at the "Socialization of Placement and Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers" at the Institute of Health Science (Stikes) Panti Rapih in Yogyakarta on Monday.
Besides aging, the population in the two countries is not too large due to citizens' reluctance to get married or have children, Aryani noted.
Therefore, her party believes that the job opportunities for health workers in Japan and Germany can be utilized by prospective health workers in Indonesia.
Moreover, the two countries have established inter-governmental cooperation (G-to-G) for the placement of Indonesian migrant workers (PMI), she said.
"The government has mapped out the programs, including socialization of job opportunities," Aryani informed.

According to her, job opportunities in Japan and Germany's health sector, including for nurses and caregivers at elderly homes, come with promising salaries.
Based on data from the Japanese government, the need for health workers in Japan is estimated to reach 2.5 million by 2025. The salary range for health workers at hospitals and elderly homes in that country ranges from Rp15 million (US$917) to Rp20 million (US$1,223).
Meanwhile, the German government has projected that it will need 500 thousand health workers by 2030 for hospitals and nursing clinics, with salaries ranging from Rp38 million (US$2,324) to Rp47 million (US$2,874).
The head of Stikes Panti Rapih-Yogyakarta, Yulia Wardani, said that her campus has sent 16 graduates to work in Japan so far and around five others are preparing to leave for Germany.
Besides the salary, working abroad can improve people's quality of life and self-determination, Wardani noted.
"It is also about the development of life, quality of life, self-determination, family determination, and the future of the next generation of children," she added.
