"We have prepared 40 programs. If Rano Karno wants to add another, please do. This is our promise during the campaign," Pramono said on Saturday.
He devised the programs based on the results of discussions and after reviewing the problems in Jakarta during the campaign period.
Pramono emphasized that the programs and promises prepared are doable and are for the good of the city.
"During the campaign and the problem-gathering, we never promised anything that could not be done. It is always something that we can do. It is our homework," he said.
Earlier, head of the Pramono-Rano transition team, Ima Mahdiah, said that the transition team had a more specific agenda, namely ensuring a smooth leadership transition and preparing priority programs that would be executed immediately after the inauguration.
"At this time, the transition team is focusing on preparing concrete steps to be carried out immediately after the governor and deputy governor's inauguration," she informed on January 22, 2025.
The priority programs being worked on cover urgent issues such as flood management, public transportation, and public service quality improvement.
Pramono and Rano, who contested the elections as candidate pair number 3, were declared as the governor- and deputy governor-elect of Jakarta by the DKI Jakarta General Elections Commission (KPU) on January 9.
They secured the most votes in the 2024 Jakarta election at 2,183,239, surpassing their nearest competitors, candidate pair number 1 Ridwan Kamil-Suswono, who won 1,718,160 votes, and candidate pair number 2 Dharma Pongrekun-Kun Wardana, who got 459,230 votes.
Pramono and Rano managed to win the most votes in all six regions that constitute Jakarta.
