In a press release issued on Tuesday, Communication and Digital Affairs Minister Meutya Hafid emphasized the importance of collaboration across ministries and agencies so that digital transformation policies not only focus on technological aspects but also public services as a whole.
"We appreciate the commitment of the Ministry of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform to efficient and effective digital transformation of government," she said.

Meanwhile, State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform Minister Rini Widyantini emphasized that her ministry is committed to accelerating the digital transformation in government to improve the quality of public services.
According to her, the success of digital transformation is highly dependent on full support from the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs, especially in terms of infrastructure and system integration.
"We hope for support from the Minister of Communication and Digital Affairs in accelerating digital transformation that is based on government business processes," Widyantini said.
The government's commitment to accelerating digital transformation has been strengthened by the Draft Presidential Regulation on Government Digital Transformation Acceleration Committee (KPTDP).
The regulation aims to improve coordination and synchronization for the government's digital transformation to make it more integrated and impactful.
It also seeks to accelerate and align the implementation of the digital transformation priority agenda that not only focuses on technology but also public service effectiveness.
