Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Coordinating Ministry for Political and Security Affairs monitored family visitation arrangements at the Class I Correctional Facility in Cipinang here on Tuesday.

The ministry's Deputy for Communication and Information, Eko Dono Indarto, stated on Tuesday that his side monitored some public service locations, such as correctional facilities, to assess how the government is providing services to the public.

During this visit, the team monitored the implementation of Eid visitation services, ensuring that all procedures complied with the security and service protocols.

"The public services provided by the Cipinang Correction Facility are quite good, as evidenced by the management being executed well, without neglecting security factors while continuing to accommodate the families of visitors who come to see their loved ones," he explained.

He further suggested that the public service model implemented by the Cipinang Correctional Facility could be emulated elsewhere.

"This needs to be replicated in other locations, as the commitment to public service is part of the government's dedication to assist the community in meeting their needs," he stated.

He expressed optimism that the facility's services will continue improving, fostering greater community trust in the government's dedication to serving the people.

On the same occasion, Wachid Wibowo, Head of the Cipinang Correction Facility, emphasized that coordination with various agencies, including the ministry, is part of the strategy to provide optimal visitation services.

"We want to ensure that inmates can celebrate Eid al-Fitr with their families in a safe and orderly environment. The ministry's monitoring team's presence strengthens our commitment to providing humane and quality services," Wibowo added.
