As per data from the National Nutrition Agency (BGN), as of June 3, 2025, as many as 260 districts and cities have yet to recommend sites for the establishment of nutritional fulfillment service units (SPPG), which supply food for the free meals program.

Tohir emphasized that support from regional governments will generate significant benefits, especially in terms of improved nutritional status of children. The free meals program is also expected to boost the economy in regions.
He also sought regional governments' support for the three million houses program, considering that as of June 3, at least 10 districts and cities have yet to issue regional head regulations on the land and building acquisition duty and building approval fee exemptions for low-income people.
He then lauded the regional governments that have proactively supported the Red and White Village Cooperatives program and appealed to those that have not completed the necessary documents to finish the task.
The program is scheduled to be officially launched by President Prabowo in July 2025.
