Jakarta (ANTARA) - President Prabowo Subianto landed at Jakarta’s Halim Perdanakusuma Air Base on Saturday afternoon after wrapping up his official agenda in Singapore and Russia from June 15–20, 2025.

Accompanied by Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya and two personal secretaries, Prabowo arrived at the air base at 4:28 p.m. local time.

He was welcomed by State Secretary Minister Prasetyo Hadi, Agriculture Minister Andi Amran Sulaiman, and Defense Minister Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin.

Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives (DPR), Sufmi Dasco Ahmad; commander of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), General Agus Subiyanto; and Deputy Speaker of DPR’s Commission I, Budisatrio Djiwandono, also went to receive Prabowo at the airport.

The President flew out from Jakarta from the same air base on June 15 for an official visit to Singapore. His meeting with Singaporean Prime Minister Lawrence Wong resulted in 19 strategic agreements across various sectors, ranging from defense to health.

Two days later, he left for Saint Petersburg, Russia, to participate in a series of activities, most notably a bilateral meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Constantine Palace and a session at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) 2025.

During their meeting on Thursday, Prabowo and Putin exchanged views on various matters, including global issues, Russia’s support for Indonesia’s BRICS membership, and plans for bilateral cooperation in nuclear reactor development.

The two presidents also witnessed the signing of several memoranda of understanding on cooperation in transportation, media and digital affairs, higher education, and investment.

On the same day, they shared the stage during a panel session of the SPIEF with Prince Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa of Bahrain, Chinese Deputy Prime Minister Ding Xuexiang, and South African Vice President Paul Mashatile.

Prabowo used the opportunity to reaffirm Indonesia’s steadfast non-aligned stance and showcase the positive trend seen in domestic food production.

Approximately 20 thousand participants from 140 countries attended the annual forum.

The Indonesian President left Russia via Pulkovo International Airport in St. Petersburg the following day.
